Get found by Lycian Way hikers

Thousands of walkers plan this trail in our app and on this site. If you run a guesthouse, hotel or service on the route, being listed puts you in front of them at the moment they are deciding where to stay.

What being listed gets you

A discount badge on your listing

Publish an offer for hikers and it shows as a badge on your card in the accommodation list — the screen where people compare places to sleep. Only claimed listings can carry one.

Your own numbers

A dashboard showing how often your listing was seen, how many people tapped through to contact you, which countries they came from, and how that changes month to month.

Details you control

Photos, prices, contact details and facilities — corrected by you rather than by us. Most listings started life as open map data and are only as good as that source.

Across our six trail apps, refreshed every night from our own records. These are network-wide figures, not this trail alone — once your listing is claimed, your dashboard shows what is happening on your own listing. Live figures for this trail are on our audience page — enter your email there and we send you the link.

What it costs

Claiming your listing is free. Staying listed is from €19 a month. Most accommodation on this route is already in our directory, built from open map data. Taking ownership of your entry costs nothing. There is one plan, and its price follows the kind of place you run: €19 a month for camping and hostels, €27 a month for pensions and guesthouses, and €49 a month for hotels — your contact details visible, a WhatsApp button, your photos and prices, a highlighted map pin and priority in your stage.

Those are launch prices for your first six months. After that the standard price applies — €49, €69 and €129 a month respectively — charged every three months, and you can cancel any time. Details on the accommodation plans page. Tour operators have their own tour listing plans.

Your listing analytics are included with every claimed listing, on every plan — we do not hold your own numbers behind a higher tier.

We take no commission on your listing. We do not handle bookings or payments, so no money passes through us — a hiker who finds you here contacts you directly, and any discount you offer is honoured by you at your door.

How to get started

If your business is already listed — most accommodation on this route already appears, built from open map data — tell us below and we will verify you and send a private link that hands the listing over. The link is single-use and expires after seven days. Once it is yours you pick a plan from your dashboard.

If you are not listed yet, tell us below and we will add you.

Questions owners ask

Is it free to claim my listing?

Yes. Claiming costs nothing and puts the listing under your control. Showing your contact details to hikers — the Call, WhatsApp and website buttons — is the paid part: one plan from €19 a month. Without a plan your listing stays on the map with its name, type and stage, but no contact details.

Do you take a commission or handle bookings?

No. We take no commission on anything you sell and we never handle bookings or payments. A hiker who finds you here contacts you directly, and the stay is a contract between you and them.

What do hikers see?

Your place on the stage map with a highlighted pin, your card at the top of that stage’s list with a Featured mark, and a listing sheet with your photos, prices, description and the Call, WhatsApp, website and booking buttons. The plan page shows three real screens from the app.

How much does it cost, and how do I pay?

One plan, priced by the kind of place you run: €19 a month for camping and hostels, €27 for pensions and guesthouses, €49 for hotels. That is the launch price for your first 180 days; the standard price after that is €49, €69 and €129, and we email you before it changes. Payment is by card through Stripe, charged every three months in advance. Invoices are under Manage Billing on your dashboard.

Can I cancel? What about refunds?

Cancel any time from Manage Billing on your dashboard. Your listing keeps its plan until the end of the period you have paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, email us and we refund it in full. The details are in the partner terms.

My listing is already there but the details are wrong. Who fixes them?

You do, in a few minutes from your dashboard once the listing is yours. Most listings started as open map data, so a phone number, price or photo may be missing or out of date. Tell us below and we will send you the link that hands the listing over.

How does claiming work?

Tell us below, or reply to the email we sent you. We verify that you run the place, then send a private link. It is single-use and expires after seven days. Opening it signs you in, you accept the partner terms, and the listing is yours; you choose a plan from the dashboard.

What is the discount badge?

An optional offer — a percentage and a code — that shows as a badge on your card in the app. Hikers reveal the code and you honour it at your desk; you can pause or remove it any time. We count how many hikers revealed the code and never tell you who. Only claimed listings can carry one.

What numbers will I see?

How often your listing was seen, how many hikers tapped each button — Call, WhatsApp, website — which countries they came from, and how that changes month to month. It is included in every plan, and once a month we email you a short report in your language.

Do I need a website or a booking system?

No. Your phone and WhatsApp number are what hikers tap most. If you have a website or a booking link, add it and it shows as a button too. There is nothing to install and no software to learn: everything is done from the dashboard on this site.
